This sold, stable and heavy duty lab burner is designed with safety in mind. Resistant to tipping, and complete with auto ingition, it will ensure years of trouble free operation. It is 75mm high with fully adjustable flame strength. Refilling is a breeze using a standard butane refill pack for lighters which are available at all hardware stores and supermarkets. Fuel is not included.

Included is a convenient ABS plastic refilling stand, that allows you to securely and safely hold the burner upside down for refilling, without damaging the burner or ignition arm.

This portable butane micro lab burner holds approximately 50ml of butane giving a burn time of up to 60 minutes (less if flame is operated on higher intensity). Ideal substitute for a bunsen burner or hot plate.

The portable unit is capable of boiling a 250 ml beaker of water in around five minutes.
