A 4.5V motor that is compatible with our 500mA Solar Panel. Simply connect the solar panel wires to the metal tags on the motor, and direct the panel towards the sun. The spindle on the motor will spin her little heart out.
Slide a propeller onto the spindle and you'll have your own spinning propeller powered by the sun. A great project to demonstrate and learn about solar energy principles.
Note: the motor and solar panel combination will not work on cloudy and overcast days. You can use a strong spot light as a an alternate light-source to the sun.
